About Us
Our Story
First Congregation Ministries International was birthed, at what we thought was Martin Quarles birthday celebration held at Paschals restaurant in Atlanta, Ga in July of 2011.
As guests told their stories of how they met and knew Martin, they couldn’t discuss him without discussing Christ. Before the evening was over the church was name. The charge of several prophecies is coming to pass. Ministry begins with you and Christ at home, the First Congregation.
Our Pastor & First Lady
Pastor Martin and 1st Lady Eleanor met in May of 2001 and were later married in April of 2002. 22 years later they currently reside in Metro Atlanta. They are the proud parents of sons Mikhail, Erik and Jarred. They also have 12 beautiful grandchildren.
