Pastor Martin R. Quarles
Martin R. Quarles was born and raised in the S.E. Washington DC area.
He graduated from Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications in 1982. Martin completed his M.B.A. in Strategic Planning from the University of Phoenix in 2008.
He is currently the Founder and Sr. Pastor of Transformational Ministries International in Stone Mountain, GA. He believes true change and transformation comes from the “renewing of your mind by the Word of God”. He believes God wants the Total Man (Spirit, Soul and Body) to be Blessed and prosperous!
He serves on the Board of Neighborhood USA Project. He along with John Nelson Jr. is one of the chief founders and visionaries Neighborhood USA Project. This project documentary film serves to inform, instruct and educate our youth to build a better community. He believes we can change our neighborhood and community one youth at a time.
He currently resides in Atlanta, GA area and is married to the love of his life Eleanor D. Quarles. They are the proud parents and of three sons and ten grandchildren respectively.

Minister Kyle Seabrooks
Kyle Seabrooks is a minister of encouragement to help encourage and motivate people from all walks of life. He also is a successful podcaster. He sits on the boards of Transformational Ministries International and Transformational Ministries Global Network. He successfully handles the social media platform for TMI and TMGN and advertising for the series “In The Black On The Plus Side”.
Rev. David Clement
Mr. Clement is also actively involved in the community. He is an ordained minister and was the Associate Pastor at the First Baptist Church of South Orange from 2008 to 2021. He served on the board of Directors of The Eternal Light Community Development Corporation from 2007 to 2015 and currently serves as the President of Have Mercy Ministries, Inc., a position he has held since 2007.

Our History
First Congregation Ministries International/Transformational Ministries International
First Congregation Ministries International was birthed, at what we thought was Martin Quarles birthday celebration held at Paschals restaurant in Atlanta, Ga in July of 2011.
As guests told their stories of how they met and knew Martin, they couldn’t discuss him without discussing Christ. Before the evening was over the church was name. The charge of several prophecies is coming to pass. Ministry begins with you and Christ at home, the First Congregation.
In January of 2021, God gave us the name Transformational Ministries International. While our name has changed our mission and assignment are still the same. TMI believes transforming lives and developing agents of change through the preach/ taught Word of God.
